2024 AGM

The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Sailing for the Disabled will take place Wednesday 18 September 2024 at Sight Matters, Onchan. This serves as the formal call for nominations and resolutions.

We are looking for members to stand for election as directors, if you are interested in standing, please contact Chris Wood the Secretary secretary@sftd-iom.com or any other director. We would welcome extra volunteers, particularly enabled members, to help the charity move forward into its forty-first year going from strength to strength. We will provide nomination forms to anyone interested in standing and help you get proposers and seconders as required. We are happy to discuss the role with you before committing to stand.

The charity requires many volunteers to flourish and even if you do not want to be part of the Board there are many other roles that require an enthusiastic member. Please consider joining us and volunteering your time to the charity.

If any members have any resolutions, they want to put to the meeting these need to be sent to the Secretary.

The deadline for nominations and resolutions is Tuesday 6 August 2024.
