Last night we held a meeting at Douglas Bay Yacht Club where we met our project manager Shaun Wainwright from Monument who has generously offered to steer us through the process of preparing Pride of Man III for a commercial coding inspection in Whitehaven. Weekly meetings here on in are the order of the day to keep things on track.
Chris W has done a lot of work and the coding gap analysis has been completed and most of the tasks assigned. Dates for contractors are being sorted, and work we can do ourselves has been underway for a while.
We are looking towards April for our end of project goal – roll on sailing again!
