The Endeavour Award

Each year we recognise an outstanding individual who has made a significant contribution to Sailing for the Disabled and present them with the Endeavour Award trophy. The award, which depicts Pride of Man, was designed and crafted in collaboration with the Manx Workshop for the Disabled.

Recommended candidates are proposed to the Board of Directors with the final recipient being decided by a vote. 

Recipients include:
