🗳️ Your Vote Is Vital
To hold the AGM, we need at least 20 members to vote. If you can’t attend in person, please send in a proxy vote—the form will be included with the AGM documents. Every vote helps keep our charity moving forward.
🙌 Volunteers Make It Happen
SFTD is run entirely by volunteers—and we need more people to share the load. Whether you’re creative, organized, tech-savvy, or just eager to help, there’s a role for you. No sailing experience needed!
We’re looking for help with:
- Charity directors
- Fundraising and events
- Website content and design
- Social media and communications
- Graphic design and creative ideas
Thinking of standing as a director? Don’t worry if you’re not an expert—enthusiasm and commitment are what count. You’ll be supported by a friendly team every step of the way. You need to act now as the AGM documents go out shortly and you have to let us know so we can include you.
🍰 Help Us Host the Night
We’re also looking for a refreshments team—bakers, kitchen helpers, and friendly faces to welcome guests. If you can lend a hand, please contact Karen Leiserach.
