We will always try our very best to provide any special assistance that may be needed.
If you think that you might need special assistance, please inform the Crewmaster when booking your sailing trip so that we are aware of your needs.
Safe
The Pride of Man III is fully equipped with the all the necessary safety equipment and latest electronics.
Accessible
The yacht has been specially adapted to improve its accessibility with the use of a boarding ramp, a lift to the saloon and additional handrails to allow ease of access on board.
Comfortable
A full cockpit enclosure affords protection from the elements which ensures greater comfort during the winter months.
Wheelchair Friendly
We have the ability to accommodate wheelchair users, and there is a moveable cockpit table which can provide additional space when required.

On Board Safety
All Sailing for the Disabled Skippers and Mates are approved by the Executive Committee and have undergone extensive sail training and assessment, and hold current First Aid and VHF DSC Radio certificates.
All crew have completed our Disability Awareness Training course, which provides guidance and practical experience in dealing with people with a variety of disabilities.
