LOCAL CRUISE (including DAY SAILS)

To give you the opportunity to get familiar with cruising we organise a local cruise from

Monday 9th to 12th December

What does this mean:

3 to 4 days of sailing available in Manx waters. You may join the boat for the duration sleeping on board, or, join the boat for a full day sail (sleeping at home), the boat will be in a Manx port each night.

This is an ideal opportunity to experience the fun of cruising, sleeping and eating on board.

You may also find out if you suffer from motion sickness!!

Update on Pride of Mann III

Whilst works on Pride of Mann III were progressing an unforeseen problem with the propeller came up. The propeller has been taken of for repairs and also to fit a rope cutter for extra safety. They are trying their hardest to get things sorted but it means the boat is not expected to be back before the end of next week.

So we all have to be a little bit more patient to be able to enjoy our sparkling clean and polished boat but with the current Manx weather that might have happened anyway.

DISABILITY AWARENESS TRAINING - October update

We are pleased to announce that the next date for Disability Awareness Training for our crew members will be  Sunday 8th December 2019

We need this programme in order to ensure that our disabled members are continually provided with the highest standards of care and safety so they can have the best experiences of sailing on Pride of Man III.

The day commences at 1000hrs at ARC learning in Tromode then moves onto the boat, POM III, for the afternoon session. It will finish around 1600hrs. There are 8 places available so please contact Carole asap if you would like to attend.
